1)       There should not be any barrier in front of your main door.

2)       You should keep central part empty in your office.

3)       If you have worship in your office then it should ne in North East direction.

4)       Staircase should be constructed in South, West and South West direction in you office.

5)       Construct conference room in North West direction

6)       Vastu suggests that Owner or MD should have rectangular table.

7)       Don’t put L-shape table for all Managers in your office

8)       Put health green plant on your reception area.

9)       Office canteen should located in North West and South East direction

10)   Any employee should not be seating under the beam if it is not possible then you need to cover your beam with false ceiling.

11)   Water bodies like fountain, water pot, aquarium in North East corner.

12)    Aquarium with 9 gold fish and one black fish must be recommended in North East corner.

13)   More open space should be left in North East direction

14)   Height of office building should be either equal of South and West direction should be high as compare to the North East corner.

15)   Contract staircase in South West direction.

16)   Overhead water tank must place in South, South West and West direction.

17)   Heavy machine must place in South East corner

18)   Big tree and lawns must be in South and West Side.

19)   Toilets should be constructing in Northwest and Southeast.

20)   Marketing department should be in North West direction.
