When you buy plot for your home then you should think few vastu points.

The selection of plot/land is very important to build your home as it will represent positive and negative energy.

Positive and negative energy depends upon of plot shape, quality of soil and it’s location.

When you plan to buy a plot or land then you should bring one vastu expert to guide you for plot location and orientation.

Here are some vastu tips for buying plot/land for your home.

1)      Always but a land in very peaceful and green location
2)      While you purchasing a land then stand in middle of the land feel the vibrant if you feel positive then you should buy it otherwise not.
3)      When you plant to buy a flat for you then you need to bring a one year baby with you if he smile and happy then this location has positive energy, if he cries the think twice to buy this property.
4)      Don’t buy a land/flat where some other person committed suicide.
5)      Plot with four sides open is best deal to buy.
6)      North and East facing plot/flat are best option.
7)      This is advisable to avoid haunted place to bay a plot.
8)      Plot should not be near any public place like school, temple, hospital, factory and college.
9)      Your plot should not be near a meat shop, workshop or any dirty pond.
10)  If your ploy is between large plots, big building then you should avoid it.
11)  Avoid plot facing T and Y or any intersection of roads.
12)   Avoid to purchasing south facing plots.
13)  You plot shape should be rectangular or square only.
14)  Avoid triangle or circular oval plot
15)  A plot which is narrow in the front and wide at the back side then this plot is auspicious for residential purpose.
16)  Plot with corners cut is inauspicious for residential purpose.
17)  Plot with extension in North, East or Northeast then this plot is good.
18)  Plot with extension in the northwest, southest, southwest is not good to purchase.
